Japanese cosplayer gather many kind of place and take pictures each other.
The typical gathering place is Toshimaen.
In summer, Toshimaen is open as pool, so there are many locker rooms, so it's very happy for cosplayers.
There are many cosplayers in Toshimaen, so everybody don't need to hesitate cosplaying.
You can see many kind of anime character's cosplayers at there. For example, NARUTO and BLEACH, Blacck Battler, Hullmetal Alchemist, and so on.
Please find another anime characters by your own eyes.
If you don't want to cosplay, you can join this event to take photos or enjoy the atmosphere.
